USITC Institutes Investigation of Certain Chinese Companies’ Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) said it had voted to institute an investigation of certain collapsible sockets for electronic devices and components being sold by a list of companies in Hong Kong and China, that the sale of certain collapsible sockets for electronic devices and components infringes a patent asserted by a US company

The list includes 12 companies in China Guangdong province- mainly Shenzhen , 2 in zhejiang provinces, and 1 in HongKong
